When Michelle and I decided that (for my sanity) it was time to quit my full-time, stable, 40-hour a week, regular paycheck with benefits job in October, 2007 and start freelancing for a couple of clients, I thought I'd last 6 months before crawling to my old boss and begging for my job back.
Thankfully, with the help of some luck, good fortune, patient clients, word of mouth and being in the right place at the right time - those 2 clients grew to 15 within the first two years.
During the 3rd year, Rodrigo took a chance on 20Mile and signed on as employee number 1.
A few months later, technically in year #4, (the other) Dave and Sue became employees 2 and 3.
As we close in on our 5th Anniversary, we find ourselves with over 60 clients, 25 active development projects and endless opportunities before us.
So in a classic case of go big or go home, we're looking for THREE more people. In no particular order, we'd love to have the following positions filled as soon as possible:
